Barbara has the training and experience to handle any title issue that may arise.  After earning her degree from Midland College in Texas she went on to gain professional training in real estate, mortgage finance, and title during her years in California.  Barbara went on to work successfully in all three fields.  Barbara solidified her command of technical information teaching Real Estate and Appraisal courses as a Prosource instructor in Minnesota.  To complete a Prosource course requires hard work and doing well on a test; to teach for Prosource demands a thorough command of the material.  That level of knowledge is her standard.

Her experience in the title industry includes over a decade in management.  She has worked with every aspect of the title process, both residential and commercial, including examining and doing settlement closings.  As owner and president, she insists on a ‘do it right the first time’ approach that keeps work on schedule and cost efficient, allowing CenterStone Title to lead the industry in innovative and value added services. 

Michael Warner brings a wealth of expertise and experience to CenterStone Title with over 10 years in the Mortgage Services industry.  His goal as one of the founders of the Company is to deliver outstanding customer service, marketing expertise and purposeful technology to each and every one of our clients.  Michael’s literacy in a wide range of technical applications and programs coupled with proven leadership skills and a cutting edge marketing approach has helped CenterStone Title become one of the leading title companies in the State of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Amy has over fifteen years of management, corporate training, customer service, sales, and marketing experience.  For the past five years she has specialized in the mortgage industry as a manager, trainer and mortgage originator.  Currently, Amy is the face of CenterStone Title, putting her extensive background and proven marketing techniques to work, building both repeat and referral business for her clients.  She has a commitment to success.
